Walk In The Light welcomes adults who are committed to maintaining their sobriety and are ready to live in a structured, supportive community. Our home may be a good fit if you:
- Are committed to living a sober lifestyle
- Are willing to follow house guidelines and participate in community life
- Are transitioning from treatment, incarceration, or unstable housing
- Are seeking accountability and peer support in your recovery
- Are ready to work toward personal goals (employment, education, etc.)
Our Admissions Process
Step 1
Initial Phone Call
Call us to discuss your situation and learn about availability and expectations.
Step 2
Interview
We'll have a brief conversation to ensure our home is the right fit for your needs.
Step 3
Tour the Home
Visit our home in person to see the living space and meet current residents.
Step 4
Move-In Day
Once approved, choose your move-in date and begin your new chapter.
What to Expect
Daily Structure
- Morning check-ins and accountability
- Residents maintain employment or active job search
- Weekly house meetings
- Shared household chores and responsibilities
- Curfew and quiet hours
House Guidelines
- Zero tolerance for substance use on premises
- Respect for all residents and their belongings
- Participation in house meetings
- Guests must be approved in advance
- Maintain cleanliness of personal and shared spaces
